Closer to Ecency VS Curation Comparison Goal

As I have mentioned in a couple of posts now , I will be dong a comparison of delegating HP to ecency vs curation. The amounts won't be exactly matched as that's not possible with this account (since incoming delegations fluctuate) but my primary goal is to delegate 2000 HP to ecency.

Currently there is 1600 delegated. I am slowly delegating more HP as I can. There is about 130 HP I could delegate right now leaving less than 300 HP needed for the goal.

I do have some swap.hive on this account and a little on @tribefairy that I can afford to use. Don't worry the swap.hive for scheduled buybacks is already in the @unicoin.market account.

I have sold a small amount of tokens I hold on this account for swap.hive but not much numbers wise. I don't want to do this necessarily but I could sell some HSBIDAO tokens on this account to make up the difference I am not going to do that, at least not yet. I am making steady enough progress to the goal I don't think I will need to do that. I don't want to sell HSBIDAO tokens but lately it has been profitable to do so.

I think I will put a deadline on it . I will see how much the HP increases until June (this includes converting some swap.hive and powering up) and at the end of the month I will see where we are at. I will likely sell/swap a few other tokens to help buff up the swap.hive but for the most part I am going to let the HP grow organically through posting and curation first and then I will check and see toward the end of the month and make my decision from there.

This way I can start the comparison on or around June 1st. It won't be a huge comparison. Maybe a couple of months to see the averages. I expect from my observations that curation will be more than the liquid rewards from delegating to ecency(percentage wise), but there is also the aspect of points. The ecency points can be saved for incoming delegations and that will likely offset any "losses". Curation also varies. But that's the point of the experiment isn't it?

Overall this experiment will be good for this account, regardless of which earns more on average. I am increasing the HP on this account.I don't intend to continue to delegate this much to ecency for a long period of time, though I will will keep some delegation in tact after the experiment. With the scheduled buybacks having a little extra liquid HIVE on hand is a good thing for this account as it reduces the need to power down.
