What a wonderfully rich piece of writing with literary depth, and creative layers intentionally woven to intrigue the reader. It's both a short story and an exploration of the point at which writing meets art; where the Vanishing Point goes beyond merely being the title of a book that the protagonist is reading, and becomes a metaphor for his increasingly small and lonely world, while also acting as a plot twist! Your writing and the use of fading font to capture the emotion behind the story are both inspired! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this!

Yes, indeed, and a little more development as it is on the shorter side, with perhaps a light edit to refine, but then... you fulfilled the remit of the prompt which appears to have been more artistically orientated :-)
