You think it can't. It may think it can even if you think it can't. It simply hasn't done so. With, or given its emptiness, it may just have an empty cup like Bruce Lee says. Meaning it is ready; been emptied, it is formless, and ready to form (into) it's PEPE-ness that it (already) is. It may very well be ready when you are. You are it.
