At its core, the idOS network vision empowers self-sovereign identity, giving users full ownership of their encrypted data! It covers from personal credentials to sensitive KYC details!

The difference is that the user has complete control over who can access the data, when, and for how long. This represents a new standard of privacy for the emerging crypto era, where personal data is no longer siloed or monetized without consent.

The idOS access is fully user-controlled! It can be granted or revoked at any moment, putting authority back into the hands of the individual. One of the platform’s most compelling features is reusable verification.

Complete a KYC process once, and it can be leveraged across multiple applications and services, eliminating repetitive onboarding steps and simplifying the user experience across the ecosystem.

The idOS network is powered by several interconnected components. At the foundation is the idOS Storage Network, a decentralized collection of nodes that securely store encrypted user data, including verifiable credentials.

Next is the Economy Network, which is still in development, designed to manage incentives, fees, and access permissions, with the IDOS token serving as the core utility and governance mechanism.

To ensure scalability and efficiency, the entire system runs on Arbitrum Orbit infrastructure, providing a sustainable and high-performance backbone. All of these elements are coordinated by the Access Management Protocol.

This includes advanced capabilities such as time-locked access, allowing temporary or conditional permissions, and ensuring that users retain full control over their digital identity at every stage.

The Dapp is free to use, and has a gamification system included. This looks like the preferred method to get users onboarded before TGE, with an eligibility based on points and onchain actions.

idOS is backed by a strong consortium that includes NEAR, Gnosis, Aleph Zero, Circle, and Ripple. This governance model helps ensure proper funding, integrations, and compliance.

The Wallchain campaign is a Mindshare initiative, a social engagement program run in partnership with idOS. Participants earn “Mindshare” by completing social engagement activities, which are separate from the points earned in the idOS App.

For this campaign, idOS has allocated 0.8% of its token supply to be distributed based on Mindshare performance. The campaign is time-limited, running for roughly 30 days, and may be structured into multiple epochs or rounds throughout this period.

To participate, users perform social engagement tasks on platforms such as posts and replies, all contributing to their Mindshare score. Wallchain controls the Mindshare metric and sets the rules for what counts toward participation.

It’s important to note that the idOS App points system is separate, as app quests and referrals earn idOS App Points, while social engagement earns Wallchain Mindshare.

Overall, the campaign is designed to reward active community engagement, with a fixed allocation of tokens and a system that favors top performers, running across a defined period with multiple engagement epochs.
