pepEntropy is a Qualitative Investment Strategy(QIS) token use case on Hive blockchain.

@fjworld the founder of PEPT has been extracting value from publicly traded penny stocks since 1980. Risk Management strategies used to evaluate fiat assets are applied to digital assets. Specifically, Hive Layer 2 token assets. pepEntropy is about extracting value from stranded assets. So in addition to being aware of quantitative investment methodology, pepEntropy applies unique techniques to grow and share inherent value associated with many token use cases.

It started with sharing returns generated from layer 2 token capital appreciation. Monthly distribution is sent to token holders as Return On Capital(ROC). Today, income streams include Liquidity Pool(LP), Market Maker Services, dividends and more. So ROC is not just fueled from trading tokens.

The blue line is a price spot check, the red line is a moving average of the last 20 spot checks and the yellow line is a 40 spot check moving average. Note the vertical axis is exponential to emphasize relative change over time.

Today, you can see pepEntropy token price has leveled out near 0.11 SWAP.HIVE so a new support level is being entrenched as expected. We are now entering a phase where a solid trading price and increasing monthly ROC are reflective of lower risk for holding our strategic trading token.

Looking at the Order Book, you can see that pepEntropy and pepEntropy.roc accounts are buying and selling. Buying to ensure that the price buyback for holders is fair and helps holders who need to unload some tokens. The .roc account was created for the monthly ROC distribution and to manage the growing ROC reserve for future distributions.

The next snippet shows the continued increase of our month to month Return on Capital distribution to token holders.

We are now at 325 SWAP.HIVE which is a 8.3% increase from the previous month.

So you Buy, Hold, Earn and then choose the time and price you want to sell. pepEntropy strategies are implemented to manage price fluctuation, address inflationary concerns and ensure continued growth of monthly Return on Capital for all token holders.

Minimum Token Holding for ROC

In May, it was mentioned that a minimum amount of tokens needed to be held to receive the monthly ROC distribution. That amount was 10 tokens for June distribution and is 15 for July distribution. Expect to see an update on this before the end of August. Some calculations need to be made before the ROC distribution requirements are finalized for the year.

The next snippet shows how your pepEntropy token value has appreciated since we got started in November 2023. Those 1,000 tokens cost 0.50 Hive and today they are worth 110.03 Hive. That's a 21,946% Return on Investment.

Going Forward

The monthly ROC is expected to continue increasing as a primary objective while capital appreciation is a secondary objective. Every effort is made to gradually increase the buy side of a trade to give some holders an opportunity to sell as need be based on their own objectives.

Today is a good time to pickup a few more tokens while a new support level is solidifying. Aim to hold at least 20 tokens for the upcoming August distribution.

Token trading generates ongoing and repeatable capital gains, some get sold as losses, some earn regular dividends while others are held for significant gain in the near and far future.

If you have any questions and concerns, please do not hesitate to respond to this blog. You don't need to be an Subject Matter Expert to profit from trading Hive Layer 2 tokens. August 1 is New Brunswick Day, we celebrate on Monday and just so you know, #TooFuckeh #TRUMP continues with his economic war against Canada. He raised some tariffs up to 35% on items not protected by the current trading agreement. Now, if you have read this far, I probably don't have to tell you of the impact on economies by influencer. The president of USA is a major influencer and an abuser of human capital. That means he destroys relationships to get his wish. To me, I don't cry about it. First I observe and practice a Learn Before You Earn anything philosophy. The tariff increase can only impact around 10-20% of goods and services not currently protected by existing internationally protected law. That percentage will drop because there is now an incentive to follow international law agreement to avoid tariffs. When leaders promote stupidity in trading agreements you have a strong indicator of corruption. So a wise person plans for all outcomes. Especially so when there is a predator on the loose next door.
