Treating some patients is easy! We do not need to use our "thinking process" for planning the management options. Of such cases, on Saturday, a father brought his son. It was his third visit in the last few months. Every time, he comes and takes intravenous (IV) injections and fluids for pain and fatigue. This time, the father came in and asked for the "small IV fluid" and "large IV fluid" for his son. His late teen boy doesn't want to eat tablets! He is on a "training period" in an aluminum shop. He gets tired and in pain easily. Hence, the fluids! There is a vitamin injection we usually add to "large IV fluids". I suggested that, and the father agreed. Hence, the boy got one "small fluid" for pain, and one "large fluid with a vitamin inside" for the tiredness and fatigue.

Another local patient visited me on the same day. I was his third doctor in the last 2 days! For throat pain, at first he visited a government hospital and he was given management, including an antibiotic. On the same evening, he went to another private hospital and took injectable medicine. The next afternoon, he visited me! Such an impatient patient! I found his throat congested. I gave him a "small fluid" for pain and an antibiotic injection. I told him to continue all the medicines given by the first two doctors!!

On Saturday, I worked as a relieving doctor in another clinic. It was an easy day there. I consulted only 17 patients in my chamber. Of them, three patients visited during the morning shift, and the remaining 14 patients in the evening shift. There is no visa medical section. Hence, no fitness examination!

I couldn't walk on the treadmill on Saturday. And, I couldn't even make 5k steps. Such a not-so-good day from the health perspective! The steps earned me only 0.19 $SWEAT!
