I think that idea has room to go further... but needs more users' pretext...
But yeap... more coordination, in a sense, with some factors to avoid the "monopoly" of guilds.

Yes, yes. Some mechanics which allow groups to be stronger than single players, but single players could still be winner with the better strategy and a bit of luck.
