First of all, nice post bro🤣
Ok. Now we can start. I started "documenting" since my dad. My dad has almost every trip, every important meal, everyajor family event, people we met once in a life time, church events, almost everything are recorded behind his Olympus SLR. He never save money on all the films, and usually he will leave a notes behind the photos. Even now, after many years later, sometimes when we sit down at the living room in my parents house, we catch up for a tea, being out the photo album, flipping over the photographs to read back what our dad left us, it felt absolutely warm and we're happy to relive the moment when the words bring us back to time.
Fast forward to millennium, when Nokia introduced it's first camera phone, I've spent a fortune getting one of them, so I can record which hotel I have visited with the girlfriends. Ok don't laugh yet 😅 this shit became out of hand when I started to miscount or remember wrongly to which girlfriend I have visited which hotel. Ok, don't laught just yet another time 😅😅😅 when I started to make a note on the photos, it instantly become proof of affair.
So, it's kinda like, yeah we should start documenting life. But only the ones that is worth documenting. As at now, I am still taking photographs of the food I have ordered. But I'm like keeping track of what I ate, sometimes I will be using it to author a post about my daily life, which technically nobody cares 🤣 not even "hey bro" me.
A photograph is like a time machine that can freeze a moment in time. Looking at one can transport us back to the instant it was taken. I imagine the photos your father took are among the cherished possessions in your parents' home.
I’m sure you were quite popular with the girls back then. So, do you still have any of your proof of affair? 🤣🤣🤣
