my favorite food is roast pork over rice. It's a dish that i grew up eating and although i haven't found a place that makes it as good as i had it as a kid, that's what makes it even better.

Good roast pork and rice is awesome. In Puerto Rico it's a specialty on the holidays. I miss living there! Great stuff!
