Hey there :) (tergan604 in disguise here). Anyways, Leasing can work well to increase your voting power for sure but finding the sweet spot on how much to pay for the lease is challenging. Offer too little and others get the HP. Offer too much and you don't break even on the fees.

A bit too much work for me, but good work on getting towards your goals
