Greetings Sloth Savers people!
I want to say that it was a good week and from a number standpoint I suppose it was. I've already met my EDSI goal, I'm getting closer to my HELIOS, HP, and GLD held goal and my Offchain investments are on hold until I get back to Canada.
But the hive-engine hack has weighed heavily on me. Then I'm reading about project glasswing and the potential of Zero Day faults being exploited all over the place and it just left me really down :( That made me question a lot of things. I'd write about it but it would probably make me sound like a conspiracy theorist or doomsday prophet so I'll be quiet for now :)
Hive Power
Getting close to my HP goal. 83% of the way there with 582 out of 700 HP staked already. I'm really impressed with that number and hope to keep it up this week. However, with the HELIOS ecosystem taking a huge hit from the hive-engine hack I'm not too sure how useful HELIOS will be for burning coming up. If they are gone it will seriously slow down my HP earning and staking goals.
HELIOS
HELIOS is a funny one.
On the one hand the 1000 HELIOS went from totally impossible when it was 3 HIVE for one HELIOS but as of my last check it was way down near 0.28 Hive per HELIOS. That is down like 90% since just a week or two ago. HELIOS got hammered when they lost their Solana stake which they were using to payout delegators. Without delegators it is hard to see how the HELIOS burn will work.
I'm hopeful that it will limp along in a reduced manner and that HELIOS can retain value at a lower level However, I will wait for a week to see how much actual delegation is lost and what remains of the program. Maybe I hit my HELIOS goal and maybe that goal is no longer worth attaining.
This week the number of HELIOS went up but its value went way way down :(

GLD Held
GLD is still a primary holding for me. I'm glad it doesn't rely on hive-engine for its value and that it's value is matched 100:1 to staked HBD. At this time HBD has been pretty stable for a long time. Then again, I don't know how low HIVE can go before the HBD Haircut comes around.
Hopefully no time soon. That would just be devastating considering all the headwind that HIVE has been going through recently. Not quite 300 HIVE added but close enough :)
FIAT Investments
I am over the threshold of GLD to purchase FIAT investments from the @tergan NFT system. Unfortunately on vacation I haven't had any time to get the system working. It will happen sometime but not likely before I get back home in a week's time. Well, just over a week. So, nothing likely to happen before next Slothy Savers post.
EDSI tokens
50 tokens has been surpassed so I didn't purchase anything here at this time. Once I meet my other goals are met I may start being more aggressive with purchasing more EDSI but at the moment... I held off. Even if it was below its soft peg of 1 EDSI : 1 Hive.

I'm on vacation in Southern Spain on the Mediterranean sea. Just getting time to post is going to be challenging. However, I'm going to try to keep on posting, keep on earning, and keep on investing I'll see how it goes as each day goes by.

And my goal? More GLD for sure although.... I might sell of the GLD and top off with a little more HIVE to hit hat 700 HP goal early. I'll have to see.
I still have a long way to go
HELIOS: On Watch right now. May or may not be worth holding in the future.
Offchain: Enough GLD available but waiting for the infrastructure to catch up :)
EDSI: Goal reached so its on hold for now
HP: Growing with each post so have to stay active posting
GLD: Hoping to get enough to either buy FIAT investments or hit my HP goal. This week will tell.
...and I have time. It's not a race.
