Haha wearing a helmet in the country side here is also not practiced. Only in the city.

So glad that motorist there in Bontoc practice safety at all times. Sana ganyan lahat ng mga motorista sa buong bansa natin. The helmet should be a protective gear for the head, and not for the elbows.
