Дождя не было. вру.. пошёл всё же, когда мы уже шли в кафе покушать.
Были тучки, солнца не было, было хорошо, не жарко :)

А может просто соотношение человеков и комров комфортное

Ну я к тому что так как соотношение комаров и людей в столице вполне комфортное для комаров, они ведут себя вполне дружелюбно.

Я понял о чем ты... люди не бросаются под комаров.
Всё проще - в городах меньше комаров. Они жарятся на асфальте. И нет для них возможности плодиться и размножаться.

Я бы сказал, что кошение травы более эффектно в случае с комарами.
