You know, the Persona series has always caught my interest—ever since Persona 3—but I’ve never actually played any of them. I’d really like to sit down at some point and play through the series to see what it’s like.
Is it as memorable as people say? How many Persona games have you played so far?

Yes, all of them are memorably, and they're great in playing in medium 2-hour bursts over a long period of time, the characters keep reminding you of relevant stuff in the story...
So as long as you're not months away from when you last played, it's easy to pick up again. (Some parts can be played in 1-hour bursts, but you probably should give it at least 2 hours between saves in big moments.)
I definitely have to play them; I’ll play on medium or easy so I can enjoy the story.
By the way, the game I'm playing here is a mobile spin-off of Persona 5... I recommend playing Persona 5 Royal first, or Persona 3 Reload. Both work really well as your first entry to the series. Story in all numbered titles is standalone.
For Persona 4 I recommend waiting for the remake releasing next year.
I don't recommend Persona 1 or 2 as your first entry to the series, they're good but gameplay aged badly.
