RE: Quick(ish) end of year Update

I hope you get fabulous hair skin , nails and joints. I am going to try some intense red light therapy. Drs are also going to look into stopping the damage and lowering the inflammation. My inflammatory markers are in the emergency category. Well they would be if I were a man. I have tried supplements and they are not helping, I have scar tissue and even bone damage. Fun times, however there may be a time in all this where some sort of collagen replacement or peptides may be helpful. I will keep that in mind. I hope you get some benefit from it. !BBH !PIZZA
