If the majority of #HiveEngine Witnesses in that case !love Hive tipping tokens, then it would be easy for most (if not all) new tipping tokens to be approved (though that means the ZPEPE token would get through if it is designed to be a tipping token too). 🤯😆

Looking at the #HiveEngine Witnesses list, there is the !PIZZA token tipping bot operator and the AFIT token issuer (which also functions as a tipping token, though requires top-up to actually tip) within the Top 20 Witnesses (for a total of at least 10% tipping token supporters on the top HE Witnesses). 🤓

It's hard to determine which among the other 90% would also support Hive tipping tokens (in general) without thorough investigation. 🤯🤓
