I think you can live without a used diaper. Yes, the used diaper might be very stinky and disgusting but think about when the Aliens have invaded the earth, what can you do against them and if you have a used diaper on your side you can just throw it on them and let its stink disgust and make them sick. The good thing about it is that you do not have to throw the used diaper accurately in their face just putting it near them will do its stuff on its own giving you time to escape
