It's mostly a bunch of friendly people who help motivate each other and exchange tips on ways to build our Hive accounts. Everyone sets their own goals, but just having (realistic) goals is a great motivator. There's no compulsion to post updates, but most of us put one up each week - usually on a Saturday but it doesn't have to be. I've done quite a few on a Monday when I've been away over a weekend !
The whole thing is very loosely co-ordinated by the @eddie-earner account, but she's having a short break over August; normally, she puts a weekly post up with prizes, useful links, challenges etc and we all use the comments to link to our updates.
All in all, it's a lot of fun, and has been a big help in keeping me focused to keep my Hive account growing 😀 You should definitely join if you think it's right for you.
