That endless loop of re-verifying the same account sounds like a nightmare. It is wild how these systems prioritize their own security protocols over actually letting people do their jobs.

While I can definitely appreciate that site hacks and leaked personal information is an issue for companies handling large sums of other people's money... too much information doesn't do anyone any favors.
As a follow-up to this post, this morning there was a suggestion that "the best solution might be to open a new bank account at a different bank."
That's not exactly customer "service."
