I am going to go with artichokes, though I could easily pick 2-3 other close competitors.

Brilliant answer, I am not a pizza fan, but my wife is and we went out a few weeks ago, had a pizza with artichokes on it and it was amazing
The only problem is that if you go to a restaurant they always want to scrimp on the artichokes.
At home I can put as many as I like. 😜
That is true, some places don't exactly load your pizza up with the expensive stuff!
Ha! I don't blame them necessarily, but it does not suit my fancy! 😀
I haven't try artichokes on pizza yet but I'm not really into it 🫣

I do love artichokes, they are awesome on pizza. Whenever they offer them it's on my pizza!
