Thank you - we all grow, and without our past struggles, we wouldn't be what we are today. I didn't realise writing about them, almost completely unprompted, and in this way, would make me feel so ... squishy?
Did you end up giving the track a listen? What do you think?

That opens really intensely! This song takes you on a whole journey, kind of like riding a roller coaster. I’d say they have a lot of talent.
It absolutely is a roller coaster! I've written a longer form post, looking at the full album (though this one is pretty long as far as posts go) - and I think I'm going to end up doing the same for all my favourite albums, or at the very least, "holoz0r's 50 albums you gotta listen to before you die" , or something like that.
Given I've done all the Florence and the Machine albums, and ... now this one, I am already at about 15k words, so I have a feature length piece of non-fiction brewing if I keep going at it :P
That'll be a fun project to work on! Writing those posts will probably end up giving you an even deeper appreciation for the music. We've been catching some live shows this week at the State Fair. Def Leppard on Tuesday and Daryl Hall and the Rascals last night.
