Ur the only one I’ve seen actually source they used AI for. Others clearly use it for more than u do only spell checking it and checking for mistakes, and yet they get same support from the community account. Just seems like nobody upvoting cares if someone is using way more AI than u for example. I prefer a simple worded post like this where it’s obvious you didn’t use AI for more than what u claim, because it’s easily made to look more professional if you told AI to make lists and stuff. I’m glad you don’t! But really feeling uninspired after seeing most of the Trad-Fi posts use AI to do almost everything.
@hurtlocker , and like this post. No bells & whistles. Just a spellcheck by AI. But all these other posts obviously have AI turn something like this written in simple form paragraph after paragraph, into something like the previous posts I tagged you on. It probably takes @thefed 5 times as long to just type in basic form then to just ask AI to make lists and structure this way & that way like the example I tagged you in earlier. Just feel like it’s rewarding people whose text can be entered into AI and easily accessible to run and get proof it has AI finger prints all over it. It’s too bad posts like this largely get overlooked because he doesn’t run it through AI asking for graphs & lists and things to make it pop. Just a spellcheck I can respect esp since he’s saying so. But @hurtlocker most posts in TradFi just have AI turn some basic info into a blog full of things easily shown to be mostly AI & none admit of or source it. Really is deflating.
Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the support! But something just feels deflating when I see people using AI to do everything get same support and no questions asked.
I respect your opinion because you have the right to it, but I think you're generalizing. I've read excellent posts in this community, and I believe AI is a necessary tool, but only as a support tool. I'm no AI expert, but it seems your words are trying to discredit the work in this community.
And the owner here is called @hurtlocker, and I believe he has enough experience in this area to set his own rules. I'm sorry if my words offend him, but it angers me that he's discrediting the work of the of this community And of those users who make an effort to write and be active on Hive

Gene is very passionate about HIVE. He gets a little excited sometimes but not really a con imo. We need more people to use the platform like actual social media vs easy daily posting with no engagement in my opinion.
I asked Gene to move this discussion to my TradFi Guideline's post.
It will be better to discuss the AI stuff there anyways so people can see what kind of content we are looking for and it won’t get the comments off topic in TheFed’s post.

The bitch heading the SGS discord was such a authoritarian scumbag she fucked with half the people in the USA who were members because after she mocked them and there voting for Trump, as soon as the polls closed and the outcome flipped she freaked out and made rules that no better better talk about it or else feel the wrath of Dfinney , BuggedOut become same way, others left for same reason, they just didn’t speak it out loudly like I did. This place has the most anti free speech , most anti freedom people ever. Steemit was more libertarian and well sad truth is this place has always been run by anti liberty people. It’s just with the price dying now it’s exposed the other reasons to stay. Now most these people post to nobody interacting and just do so for votes they buy via SGS bot voter or Ed Vote bot. Even my few friends here left do it generally. It’s red flags everywhere for the future of this place and well I decided to stay mostly for nostalgic reasons I suppose. But truth is, nobody likes the truth or spot on predictions, nobody likes the truth that 80% of people have AI write entire posts or the posts are fraud all together. Seeing that HurtLocker guy all the sudden upvoting fraud & AI slop did surprise me since he was here DVing anyone for any reason months back, but he likely is just some guy milking the system too. Everybody is and it sucks. My friend SummerTooth left last May & kept telling me why would u keep supporting hive? He was right, most people mail in posts because there addicted to being online and the form it takes is Hive. I’ve decided I’m going to post once a week for #ThreeTuneTuesday the next month or two and stay off here the other 6 days. It’s become a toxic place and many normal good people are here just from getting addicted. The fact anyone living in the first world thinks it’s worth masking in posting daily to earn a dollar or two is just ridiculous. I really had fun especially with my music posts but truth is it’s a waste of effort. There’s exceptions and people condone post daily and only post good content but for every one of them there are 25 accounts mailing it in for bought upvotes. This place is dead. Luckily I put my money where my mouth was and I sold a lot of my stake at .50 cents in January 2025 & also most I had at $3.00 in late 2021 so I’m way into profit and what not. That said I still wanna power down my stake left as a protest to how badly hive is being run. It’s circle jerk voting for whales & the smaller accounts too! It’s reached a ridiculous point and I’m checking out.

I agree 100%. It’s 90% AI written stuff! Not spellchecked by but just totally AI. Hive is loosing my respect honestly because & the weird uninvolved people replying, they seem defensive because they use all AI in posts. Ignore the trolls! I had high hopes for Hive, but I’m starting to see why you have been calling for price to continue to dump beyond a dime you said months back. Not due to price volatility but because the platform is mostly stolen content & AI written posts. This platform won’t survive like this. Wish I listened to you before I powered up 15K HP at a dime. I sold a third while still above .095 to reduce exposure but now at .06 cents I will just except I made a mistake. I’m going to just hehe fun here and leave rest of stake and see what happens. You were certainly right though, .05 is certain and I’m sorry I doubted you. Now I will just write for fun and not care about upvotes. Even with big support the HP earned will keep going lower I see.

I think a lot of it is international people using translators that are way over the top in what they are doing.

I’ve been saying we could go to 5 cents for a while myself but that’s unrelated to the AI stuff which is a separate issue.
