I’m good otherwise, but did something to my foot. It feels like a pulled muscle and it’s crazy painful. If it doesn’t better next 2 days I’ll go get imaging. I think it’s the muscle so should heal in its own but wow it hurts! Other wise doing good. Just last couple months went back to strict carnivore diet after getting off my routine late 2024 & early 2025.
