It is, but the game should punish (disqualify) any rewards for players using bots, for example. Right, @donmortelli and @slothlydoesit?
Cause otherwise people keep thinking they can do it... for example,
@bengbenggg is using a bot, clearly, because he/she does not use torpor and is always not attackable 24/7 = BOT
In my view, these players should be disqualified from ANY further rewards. Because this means, players are not interested to play, they are only interested in rewards and milking the system.
This was why I said before, after first 24 hours, ANY player should be able to attack ANY player... or at least agree to a period where this is possible (last 48 hours for example).

I think beng beng just found the loophole in the beginning so i feel he is not violating anything. It just needed to bend the rules.. without 12 shards possession, the system will not let you be attacked and it is doing it while attacking the boss and keeping its shards bellow 12 so we cannot got after his honeys
I meant, the game owners are still allowing it, so it's not his fault.
I sometimes forget that just because I don't like, does not mean others can't do it :D
Yeah, exploiting the system is really hard to maintain to the guys doing it. We can never stop this kind of behaviour. Typical human nature
We're monitoring this closely. I don't like bots in the game; they ruin the fairness for players. However, the 12 Slothshard is there as beginner protection; new players should have the first week to get the hang of the game and decide how they want to play.
Most utilise this 'exploit' the first week, and if they enjoy the game, they tend to buy sloths at the end of the week, making them 'easy targets' for the whales, which ruins it for most... So, while I can see it being annoying for 'whales' not being able to attack new players, I also need the new players to have the chance to enjoy the game without being constantly attacked.
It becomes an issue if players find this mechanic and then never buy sloths. At that point, yes, I would consider adding enforcements, however, right now, it tends to only be players on their first/second week using this 'loophole' which is exactly how it was designed.
