RE: Weekly HSBI and Multiple Token Giveaway, Week 73!

Is Baklava a cake? If it's considered more of a pastry, then I'm going with a triple layer Red Velvet. Has to be a dark red, no milk chocolate bullshit. And the cream cheese frosting has to be lightly (if at all) sweetened. One of the only cakes I know of besides a moist lemon that combines sweet and sour. My grandma can make a killer rhubarb bread though.

Edit: This is under the pretense that cheesecake is not actually 'cake'. That deserves its own category.
