Our health going sideways has its way of making us take notice and kick it up a notch. Been there, doing that.
AI tools are useful for a few things. As someone starting a business, I have found them to be real time savers creating dashboards and things that nature. However using them for research must be done with caution and double check sources.
I think we all could use a little more self awareness. Good on you.
