Honestly it looked amazing but was saved only by the icing. The timer on my oven broke, so a lot of the sponge layers overbaked and were dry 😱😱😢😢 It's never happened to me before. I've learned my lesson now. I'll use the timer on m phone instead! Although it looked INCREDIBLE and made for great photo ops!

I baked when boys were young, space ships and boy things. When I found ice-cream cakes used to buy them as both celebrate a February birthday a couple of days apart. Did look good with icing cream cover 😇
