EU Gives U.K. More Time For Brexit Plan : NPR

I have no idea what it's like with the Brexit. I am not from either EU or United Kingdom. But upon observation with United Kingdom which doesn't still have concrete plan, it seems they aren't totally ready. It seems they need to think more whether to stay as part of EU or not.
