Thank you ! I must admit that Excel is one of my favourite tools. I set the spreadsheet up at the start of the year, with a column for each week, and all I do is unhide and hide columns so I just see the current and last week.

I'm not going to lie, im setting my own up now to do my own tracking to see how it goes! ☺️ it's been a while since I've used excel tho so mine will probably be a little basic in comparison 😅
